 we strongly urge you to order a free fabric sample before placing an order for curtains as computer monitors vary greatly in colour and shade representation.

please double check your measurements are correct, as made to measure and altered ready made curtains cannot be returned

whilst all made to measure products will match in colour and pattern this is not guaranteed with ready made products 

all curtain sizes are approximate especially with ready made curtains and voile panels.

All our products are sold on the basis that they are for domestic use.

these Terms and Conditions and your use of this site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non excludable statutory right. 

By using this site, our services and/or products supplied by Curtains Curtains Curtains it will be considered that you fully understand and agree with all conditions and terms listed. You must bear the risks associated with use of the Internet.

To the full extent permitted by law we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage which may arise from use of any content on this website or access to the website.

Delivery

Delivery is subject to the following charges;

made to measure curtains & Roman blinds - Free of charge 

Ready made curtains, cushions, voile panels, bedding & fabric - £6.95

These charges apply to mainland UK. For other areas i.e Ireland, Islands & Highlands additional charges apply. Goods are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply the goods within our time frame we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered, if you do not agree with the delivery times.

cancellation policy 

You have the right to cancel your order as long as you notify us in writing (email) within 7 working days from the day after receiving the goods (this excludes altered ready made & voile curtains, all made to measure products and cut length fabric) All cancelled items MUST be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all the original packing. 

refund policy 

you may return an item (this excludes altered ready made & voile curtains, all made to measure products and cut length fabric) as long as it is within 28 days. It must be fully saleable all packaging must be intact and any heading tape must not be pulled
