This does not affect your non excludable statutory right. Delivery Delivery is subject to the following charges; Voile panels - £2.95 Ready mades - £6.95 Fabrics £6.95 Custom made curtains – Free of charge These charges apply to mainland UK. For other areas i.e Ireland, Islands & Highlands additional charges apply. Goods are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply the goods within our time frame we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered, if you do not agree with the delivery times. The price you pay is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed. While we take every effort to ensure our prices are accurate errors may occur. All curtain sizes are approximate especially with ready made curtains and voile panels. All our products are sold on the basis that they are for domestic use. Other usage may require additional insurance, which is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us for further information if the product is to be used in a business or public environment. Rights To Cancel and Return policy You may normally cancel your order for any reason (once accepted by us) within 7 days of delivery of the product. You must give us written notice within that 7 day period. If you do cancel your contract within this period you will receive any payments made by you refunded via the source of payment within 30 working days (excluding any postage costs incurred by Curtains Curtains Curtains). All cancelled items MUST be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all the original packing. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund or to exchange your product. If the product is considered faulty by Curtains Curtains Curtains you will incur no return postage costs else the above conditions apply. Our refund policy does not apply to custom made, altered ready made curtains and cut length fabrics unless they are deemed faulty by Curtains Curtains Curtains, where we will replace or rectify. This is due to the products' bespoke nature and our inability to resell.
