 I have been absolutely delighted with the curtains I have ordered from you. Your adjustment service to ready made curtains is fab. I today took delivery of my second set of curtains and tie backs. I love the curtains but would like to return the tie backs. My windows are really small and the tie backs are quite wide which makes them look a bit silly as they are almost as wide as the curtains! Is it possible to return the tie backs and have a refund or credit note? They are in their original packaging etc. Thank you

I have just received my new curtains and wanted to say how thrilled and surprised I am - I rang yesterday to see if there was any chance they could get to me before the weekend and was told that unfortunately they were not in stock, so it would be impossible (I knew it would be a tall order, but thought I'd ask anyway!).
