I am writing to thank you for my curtains which arrived last Thursday. I am absolutely delighted with both your product and service. With the unexpected imminent arrival of friends from America and an unfinished guest room I went online to order curtains from Laura Ashley as I have previously used them for all my requirements. However - although they were able to offer me an 'express service' of two weeks I was unable to have any choice of curtain headings and furthermore matching valances or tie backs would take nine weeks !!!!!! this is not an equiry, but a thankyou to everyone in your company who has supplied me with curtains and blinds over the last few months. i have been totally amazed and thrilled by the quality of the curtains and the service provided. when i discovered your website i couldnt belive that you could supply quality curtains at the price quoted, so i ordered just two pairs to satisfy my curiosity!! well since then i have totally dressed two houses with your curtains....one for ourselves and one that we are renting out. the speed at which you can turn these curtains out is remarkable..... i know this as i enquired at my local curtain shop and they quoted 6 weeks at least. in our business ( renovating houses/barns) waiting for supplies has to be kept to a minimum. your web site was very easy to find my way around, and you make it very clear how to measure for curtains and blinds, and samples arrive quickly. your staff kindly e mail me when the curtains are dispatched, or there is a delay or query of any sort. all in all i wish you continued success and please be assured that i have reccomended you to many of my friends and i will definatly order from you in the future ( when our next project is nearing completion) many thanks again.

I have been absolutely delighted with the curtains I have ordered from you. Your adjustment service to ready made curtains is fab. I today took delivery of my second set of curtains and tie backs. I love the curtains but would like to return the tie backs. My windows are really small and the tie backs are quite wide which makes them look a bit silly as they are almost as wide as the curtains! Is it possible to return the tie backs and have a refund or credit note? They are in their original packaging etc. Thank you
