Camille, Sage Made to Measure Curtains

Great material but could have been pressed. The edges and hem were very lumpy. Also I chose the triple pleats and the instructions were not that clear and inserting the extremely sharp hooks was very difficult. I didn't have the strength to do it and my son also struggled but did eventually manage but ended up with very sore fingers. There must be an easier way.

Curtains team: Pinch pleats are made on buckram and have to have pin hooks. I agree it can get sore putting them in but depending on how they are being hung they need to go in different palaces so we cannot do it before sending.

The material is great but a white zip was inserted which shows on a sage green coloured material. Also the zip insertion was not pressed so a little lumpy. Match the zip colour to the material used.

Curtains team: Hello. I understand your complaint but cushion zip doesn't come in various colours unless we considerably increase the price. The zip should be hidden by the fabric flap.

A little lumpy as the padding was not even. The rings on them are not very strong.
