  I requested that these curtains were shortened before delivery. The work was carried out very quickly and was completed to a very high standard.

  Poor quality. Not thermal or blackout. Look awful.
  
  Curtains team: These are thin curtains. They are made of thermal fabric rather then being lined. We do not call them blockout but the nature of the weave does help to stop light and air coming through the curtain. They are amongst the cheapest curtains we sell but are hugely popular.

  The quality was horrendous. So thin, definitely not thermal or blackout (or as we realized they calm them - blockout!) took one look at them and returned them for something of quality.
