short nets but unable to refund due to small print that basically allows product to be a whole 2 inches short and they won’t refund even partially
Curtains team: The tolerance on nets in all shops in the UK is up to 2 cm which is a little under an inch. We do not hide this in small print it is written in red on the website next to where you choose the drop. If it is more then 2 cm (a little under an inch) then we will replace free of charge.
