How to checkout
Welcome to our guide to the checkout process. Let us take you step by step through every stage.
When you click on your shopping basket you will be taken to the screen shown below.
Make sure that you are happy with the contents of your basket; this is your last chance to make sure that the details of your order are correct! You can change the quantities in your basket and remove items here.
When you are ready to complete your order click on the 'select delivery' box and a list will drop down, please click on the one that covers your area.
Then click the red 'checkout' button.
You will be taken to a page where you can enter your billing address.
Please make sure this is the address where your payment card is registered, even if you would like your order delivered to an alternative address.
Under the address details are three tick boxes. Check the first if you would like to receive our newsletter or emails with any promotions we are running. We promise not to inundate you; we send emails out every few months, not every day!
Tick the second if your delivery address is the same as your billing address, this will save you from having to fill in your details again on the next page.
Please make sure you read our terms and conditions before ticking the final box, especially if you are ordering altered or made to measure items. The t&c aren't very long, but they are very important!
If you clicked 'my delivery address is the same as my billing address' on the previous screen, your details will already be filled in for you on the 'delivery address' screen.
If not, then you can now fill in your delivery address.
Please make sure that there will be someone in to receive your delivery as the courier will need a signature, we cannot leave items in a 'safe place'.
If you are happy for your parcel to be left with a neighbour, this is the kind of info you can enter in the 'special instructions' field.
This page allows you to check that your billing and delivery address details are correct. Click change to make any last minute adjustments and then 'continue' when you are happy.
You will be taken to the Worldpay secure payment page. Check that you are happy with the amount to be paid and click on the type of payment card you have. You will then need to fill in all of your card details.
If you have enrolled for 'verified by visa' the following screen will show. Just enter the password you chose and you will be redirected back to the site for a final confirmation.
You may come across this screen next. If you are not re-directed, click on the blue 'click here'.
This is the next page you will see. Congratulations, you have completed your order!
You will be emailed a copy of your receipt from Worldpay which will look like this:
You will also receive an email confirmation from us. If you do not receive this check your spam folder as, if your settings are high, our emails will end up in your trash before you've even seen them! Please let us know if you don't receive an email confirmation.
