How to Order Made-to-Measure Accessories

Welcome to our guide to ordering made to measure accessories. Let us take you step-by-step through the ordering process.

Step 1:

You can reach the accessories page for each made to measure design by clicking the link under the photo on the product page.

Step 2:

This will take you to a page with the tiebacks, cushion covers and valances listed.

 

 

Step 3:

We offer three types of tiebacks; here is a link to more detailed information about the styles available: tieback styles.

To order simply click the price of the item you wish to buy and it will be added to your basket.

The tiebacks are made and priced as pairs unless requested otherwise.

To order more than one pair, please adjust the quantity in the box next to the price before adding to your basket.

If you are ordering your tiebacks at the same time as a pair of made to measure curtains we will make them to fit the curtains. If you are ordering them by themselves we will be in touch to ask how large you would like them to be.

Step 4:

You will see a box drop down from the basket at the top, showing the items that have been added to the basket.

Step 5:

We offer four types of cushion covers. Click here for more info: cushions

They come as 43 cm (17 inches) standard, to fit a 46 cm (18 inch) pad. However, we can make them in any size so please call or email us if you would like a different size or shape.

Adjust the quantity if needed and add to basket by clicking the price.

Step 6:

To order a valance, again click the corresponding price of the valance you require.

If you would like more than one valance, simply adjust the quantity in the box next to the price.

We offer straight or shaped valances, in 6 sizes. For more information click here: valances.

Step 7:

You can see all of the accessories have been added to your basket.

Step 8:

When you are ready to checkout, click on the shopping basket icon in the top right of the screen and you will be taken to the checkout page.

Step 9:

You will now be able to see your basket. Please check everything is correct before continuing to the checkout.
