How to Order Made-to-Measure Voile Curtains

Welcome to our guide to ordering Made-to-Measure Voile curtains. Let us take you step by step through the ordering process...

Step 1:

The Made to Measure Voile department can be accessed via the green toolbar at the top of every page. Hover over the 'Voiles' heading (1), and then click on 'Made to Measure Voiles' (2). 

Step 2:

You will be taken to the Made to Measure Department. There are around 60 choices, which are displayed over 4 pages. You may want to narrow down your options, by clicking on the filters on the left hand side of the page.

You can see from the image below that I have chosen to filter by colour and I've selected green.

When you have found a design that you like, click on the photo to find out more. I'm choosing 'Ribbon Green' voile.

Step 3:

You will be taken to the product page, which is filled with handy features, such as...

1. Click here for a free fabric sample.

2. Click here to view our measuring and size guides.

3. You can see the estimated delivery time frame here.

4. This tab box contains the fabric description, delivery details and returns info. Click on each tab to find out more.

5. You can see here the fabric composition, care instructions and other details.

6. These are suggested alternatives that you may also like.

Step 4:

When you are ready to place your order you can enter your measurements here.

Select centimetres or inches and then enter your width and drop into the boxes.

You can choose to have a pair or a single voile curtain. 

Click the green 'Continue' box when you are ready to go to the next stage.

Step 5:

Once you have entered your sizes, you may want to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the size grid. Your size will be highlighted, enabling you to see how wide each curtain will be.  

   

Step 6:

You can choose from a slot top heading or a pencil pleat heading.

Step 7:

Select unlined or lined voiles by clicking on the relevant button. 

You will then be able to see your order summary below the lining images.

Check to make sure the order details are correct before clicking the green 'Add to Basket' button.

Step 8:

Once you have clicked the 'add to basket' button, the following box will appear asking if you would like to order any accessories.

If you do not wish to look at the accessories, click 'no thanks' and you can jump ahead to Step 11.

If you would like to view the accessories, click 'yes please'.

Step 9:

The accessories page shows what is available in your chosen fabric. Here we can see that three types of tiebacks are available in the Ribbon Green Voile.

Step 10:

The price shown is for a pair of tiebacks (two tiebacks).

Change the quantity if you would like more than one pair.

Click the box showing the price to add the item to your basket. You can see from the image below that I am ordering one pair of plain tiebacks. 

Step 11:

You will see the items being added to your basket in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Step 12:

When you are ready to complete your order, click on the red 'checkout' button in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 13:

This will take you to your basket where you can review your order and then carry on through to checkout if you are happy with your order.
