How to Order Roman Blinds

Welcome to our guide to ordering roman blinds. Let us take you step by step through the ordering process.

Step 1:

You can view the range of roman blinds by firstly hovering over the 'blinds' heading in the green bar at the top of the screen. A box will pop up with a list of choices. You can choose what type of fabric you're interested in or simply click on 'Roman Blinds' to view the whole range.

Step 2:

If you clicked on 'Roman Blinds' you will be shown nearly 100 pages of results, as we have over 2,000 choices!

If you would like to narrow the results down, you can click on the filter options on the left hand side of the screen.

I have chosen to filter my results by Style (1) and Colour (2). I'm looking for a blind for a child's room and I'd like it to be multi-coloured.

Step 5:

When you have made your final choice, you can enter the sizes you require.

The first stage is choosing whether your sizes are for the finished size of the blind or if they are the recess measurements. If they are the recess sizes we will take half a centimetre off the width to make sure that the fit is perfect.

Next, you can choose whether you wish to enter your sizes in inches or centimetres.

Then you can enter the width and drop in the boxes.

Click the green 'Continue' button to progress to the next step.

The on-line system is set up to take orders on line up to a certain width and drop.

If your sizes are larger than this, you will see the following message.

Please do call us or email info@curtainscurtainscurtains.co.uk, as we can make larger blinds. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and provide you with a quote.

Step 6:

We offer two types of lining for the roman blinds. You can read more about the differences and qualities here: Lining Types. I have chosen a blackout blind for my child's bedroom as I am hoping the extra darkness will encourage him to sleep for a little longer in the mornings!

At this stage you will also need to choose whether you would like the controls of your blind to be situated on the right or left hand side of the blind. It is a good idea to go and look at the window and work out which side would be easiest before filling in this field.

Also please think about keeping the operating chain out of reach if you are hanging the blind in a child's room or a room that a child will use.

Click 'Continue' to move onto the next step.
