Linoso, Smoke Made to Measure Curtains

Incorrectly measured to my measurements at 3-4 cms shorter than ordered. Poor quality fabric. Hardly any weight to the weights! Appalling “customer service “ - the company owner was rude, pompous and wasn’t interested in listening to the issues. Had to remind him of my buyers rights in order to resolve the issue. Ended up with a full refund after being talked over and scoffed at after his ‘persuasive skills’ failed him and only because I know my legal rights. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Seems I should have paid more attention to the reviews. He seems to answer all the low ratings with the same ‘it’s one of our cheaper curtain lines’ as justification of complaints! Laughable really. Not made to measure, arrogant owner with no customer service skills. Dreadful experience. Go elsewhere.

Curtains team: I'm sorry you fee l the need to complain about our service. We have thousands of 5* reviews of our made to measure curtains. We have received these back and they were a little short in places. This was a genuine human error that as discussed on the phone was very easily fixed and would have been back to you in 48 hours and perfect. The weights we use are the same as all retailers and are standard curtain weights. Regarding the fabric. it is vital to order a free fabric sample before placing an order otherwise when you receive the curtains you may be disappointed with what you have ordered. This is a very popular design from a leading fabric supplier.

As above, material is nice but they are not quite hanging right yet.
