Lovely material and well made. They look stunning.

Item was ordered on the pretence it would be with us within 5-10 working days. It took 15 working days to reach us. I had to chase the order, there was no courtesy email to apologise. We ordered gun metal grey eyelets & the ones we received appear black in ever light. Far out from the colour on their website which actually look like gun metal. Having said all that, the curtains appear to be good quality & they were well priced comparatively so not all bad.

Curtains team: Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you were disappointed with the service. The January sale was far more popular than we anticipated and have to confess that we were caught out and couldn't quite keep up to speed with demand. We should have emailed you to let you know the curtains would be late and can only apologise for not matching up to either your or our expectations. We are recruiting more staff to keep up with demand but appreciate this is of little consolation to you.
We have checked the colour of the gunmetal eyelets and on our monitors, which have been carefully calibrated, the colour looks accurate. We used to call them black but received a lot of complaints from customers who felt that grey was a more accurate description. We'll take your comments on board though and see if we can come up with a more accurate description.
