      The curtains are a lovely colour and quality, but I would never use this Company again or recommend to anyone else as their customer service is frankly appalling

      Curtains team: Hello. I'm afraid ready made curtains are creased as we not press them before they leave here and they have have been folded in a packet. Our response to your complaint about the creases was to advise on the best ironing practice, I see you were unhappy with this and wanted a discount. As all ready mades will be creased we were not willing to do this. Curtains will not need to be professionally pressed as creases normally come out very simply. If they do not then we always offer to collect them and do it here for free.

      Beautiful curtains and great service from this company. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else now! I ordered the wrong size, totally my fault! It was no problem. Prompt replies to my emails and curtains were exchanged within days! Well done Curtains Curtains Curtains! 5 star service!
