Curtains team: Hello. I'm sorry you are unhappy with the curtains. We do ask customers to order a free sample of the fabric before placing an order so they know exactly what they are like. These are the cheapest eyelet curtain we sell and normally well regarded for the price.

Lumpy hems and smelt strongly of cigarette smoke

Curtains team: Hello. I'm sorry you are unhappy with the curtains. If you could send me a photograph of the hem we can take a look at whats wrong and fix it. Regarding the smell of smoke. I do not know how that can be. No one here smokes and would not be allowed to anywhere on the premises if they did.

Curtains are good quality and keep the heat in my house really well. However they are not worth the issues I had regarding delivery.
