Curtains team: Hello. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your curtains. They are the cheapest range we do but you are welcome to send them back if you are unhappy with them. The sticky label should not have been put on the curtain. The supplier is trying to get away with limited plastic but realises it was an error to put the label directly on to the curtains. They have worked through most of this stock so it rarely happens any more. Most of the times the label comes off easily with a little warm water.
