Important information

We strongly urge you to order a free fabric sample before placing an order for curtains as images are not necessarily a true representation of colour & pattern 

Please double check your measurements are correct, as made to measure curtains, voiles & blinds cannot be returned. Nor can fabrics, nets and any altered products.

Dye batches vary from roll to roll on made to measure curtains, blinds, voiles & nets can be up to 10% different in shade to the sample received

You must inform us no later then 7 days after the due date for non delivery of goods 

Ready made curtains & voile panels  

Ready made curtains, voile panels and accessories will not pattern match from one pair to another. They may also be different colours

All ready made curtain and voile panel sizes are approximate and unless you are having them altered to your exact drops could be as much as 2" (5 cm) out. Also the widths may vary be up to 3" (7.5 cm)

Some ready made curtains will have joins like made to mesaure curtains. This is not a fault and only happens on the best quality ones. 

Made to measure curtains, blinds and fabrics 

Made to measure curtains & Romans over a certain size will have joins in them. (Romans approx 135 cm or more, curtains with tracks over 146 cm (smaller for pinch and goblet headings)

Please note that these are made by hand so will not be millimetre perfect. They maybe up to 1 cm out.

Please be aware that lining may vary in colour and texture If you place made to measure orders at different times. We do white or cream. If you have a preference then please say so in the special instructions box

Blackout Roman blinds will have the occasional pin prick size hole letting light through.

Patterns on curtains and especially Roman blinds may not be straight and will often run out. We do our best to make them look as straight as possible. We will choose whether the pattern runs out at the top, bottom or the sides depending on which looks best. If you have a preference then please get in touch.

Fabrics made into Roman blinds will fade in lines across the blind where the sun hits the fabric. This is unavoidable and may happen quickly especially with darker fabrics. 

Please note we do not recommend any fabrics go on pale coloured leather furniture. This is due to the chemicals in the leather reacting to the dye in the fabric which can lead to staining.

Refunds & Returns 

In the event we are unable to supply the goods within our time frame we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered, if you do not agree with the delivery times.

Cancellation Policy 

You have the right to cancel your order as long as you notify us in writing (email) within 14 working days from the day after receiving the goods (this excludes altered ready made & voile curtains, all made to measure products and cut length fabric and net curtains) All cancelled items must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all the original packing. You will be liable for the return delivery costs.

Refund Policy 

you may return an item (this excludes altered ready made & voile curtains, all made to measure products, cut length fabric and net curtains) as long as it is within 14 days for unwanted goods and 30 days for faulty goods. Unwanted goods must be fully saleable all packaging must be intact and any heading tape must not be pulled. You will be liable for the return delivery costs for unwanted goods.
