One of our most popular departments; plain and semi plain fabrics are valued for how versatile they are. A plain fabric will work well in any type of design scheme and allows the décor to be updated around it. While patterned fabrics can be more dominant and can restrict your options; plain and semi plain designs are modest and adaptable.

A pair of neutral coloured plain curtains will fade into the background, allowing other design elements, such as wallpaper or soft furnishings, to shine; without competing for attention.

Alternatively; a pair of boldly coloured, plain curtains can be used to add a touch of colour to a room; which might already have patterned walls or furnishings.

Semi plain fabrics sometimes have a small geometric motif woven into the fabric. They also might offer a richly textured surface; breaking up the expanse of fabric. These types of fabrics can be useful; especially on longer or wider curtains, where a completely plain fabric might look a little too basic.
